The ISC assembly began on a very energetic note today(27.06.2023) with all the students performing Zumba. The CISCE Regional winners for the Chess , Carroms and Karate were awarded their medals in the assembly. The ISC science topper for the year 2022-2023 Ridhima Reddy was invited to address the students and share a few tips and tricks on how to perform well in their academics. 1. The investiture of the Student Council is an event that every student eagerly awaits for. The investiture at Johnson Grammar School was held on 23rd June 2023. Students were invested into the positions of the President, Vice President,Sports Captain and the Captains of the four houses. The students marched smartly promising to work hard and fulfill all the responsibilities given to them. R.V Vishruth of Grade XII C was awarded the SRN Mudiraj scholarship for his outstanding academic performance for the year 2022-2023.
The Parent Orientation was conducted by the Principal ISC for Class XI on 24th June, 2023 at the school campus. The highlights of the orientation were the Academic updates of the ISC curriculum, Council updates, CISCE Literary and Sports Events and the Events and Activities that were conducted in the last academic session. The Principal also mentioned about the school policies and the expectation of the students with regards to their discipline, attendance and academics. All the questions asked by the parents were answered by the Principal. A few students were awarded with the Academic Scholarship for their excellent performance in the Class X board examination. The Principal appreciated the students and parents for the academic achievements and thanked the parents for attending the session.

The first assembly of the ISC for the academic year 2023-2024 was conducted today . The students of Grade XI and XII were all smartly dressed. The proceedings of the assembly began by invoking God's blessings. Students were made aware of the Code of Conduct to be followed in the school . The team of students who had designed the Newsletter for the month of April were awarded certificates of appreciation for the commendable job done.
The gates of Johnson Grammar School opened to enthusiastic and happy children laughing and running into the premises all excited to come back to school after a long summer break. The students were warmly welcomed by the Principals and the staff who were eagerly waiting for them to return . The toppers of the ICSE and ISC 2023 were invited to share their journey at JGS with the students and staff in the morning assembly held on 12th June, 2023.
